Meet Dr Fiona

I am a GP, yoga teacher and life coach.

I love travelling, family, nature, and making connections with people. I believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to lead a happy and fulfilling life, although at times life can present obstacles.

I discovered yoga around 20 years ago whilst trying to balance a young family, a stressful job and a house move to the countryside. Whilst I knew many of the ways to manage stress as a doctor, I could really found that yoga worked in my body and my mind.

From there, my life expanded! We started travelling and I found a peace and joy in my life which I could never have expected. I want to share this with you!

To create an environment where people are better connected to themselves, their bodies, minds and emotions.

Who do I help?

If you're feeling stressed, overwhelmed, out of balance, or struggling to live in the moment, I can help.

You may be becoming more aware of the profound connection between yourself, others, and the environment, and it might seem daunting not knowing where to begin, to move forwards.

As a GP with 20 years of experience and over a decade of using coaching techniques, I've helped many find their true path. Having completed my yoga teacher training last year, I possess all the tools necessary to support you in leading a happy and conscious life.

I understand the causes of stress and overwhelm in today's world and their effects on our mental and physical well-being. Fortunately, I can assist in transitioning from stress and overwhelm to rest, and achieving balance, calm, and joy.

My coaching programs, yoga classes, and retreats are tailored to instill a sense of calm, relaxation, balance, happiness and FUN along the way.

My goal is to blend traditional life coaching methods with Eastern yogic philosophies, movements, and mindfulness to create a personalised program that will help you realize your full potential and lead a fulfilling life aligned with your values, enabling you to share this harmony with those around you.

My Offers

YOGA

I offer in person and online group and one to one yoga classes. I teach Vinyasa, Hatha and Yin Yoga.

LIFE COACHING

I combine modern coaching principles with Eastern philosophies and wisdom to create person centred conscious coaching.

RETREATS

Half day, full day or weekend retreats in beautiful and interesting locations. There is always a strong connection to nature and the natural environment.
